A study counts only where the registry's own title or an intervention name says the drug goes through skin; the matching word is stored per study so the decision can be audited. Registrations failing an authenticity check are quarantined before any count. Molecular weights are read from each molecule's PubChem compound record, which the registry does not carry.",
