    "measurementTechnique": "One search per compound against product_description, the free-text field the recalling firm filled in. Results are joined on FDA’s recall number so one event that names multiple tracked compounds remains one row with every matching search preserved. FDA’s harmonized brand fields are not searched at all, because they are empty on compounded preparations and wrong when populated. Every tally is computed from the rows rather than from a server-side count.",

      "One FDA recall number appears once. matched_search_terms preserves every tracked search that returned that event.",
      "classification is severity. status is only how far FDA has got. They are not the same column and neither ranks the other.",
      "A zero here is an answer, not reassurance: it means no recall has been filed and published under the names searched.",
      "Comparing two firms’ record counts does not say which is safer. A firm that files is a firm that noticed."
