Has anyone tested Foundayo against Zepbound directly?
No trial has tested Foundayo against Zepbound directly.
The two labels report separate trials against placebo. Putting their results side by side would create a comparison that neither trial made.
What can be compared directly is what the current labels state: one tablet every day against one injection every week, two different dose ladders, and overlapping but not identical approved uses.

The route changes more than the calendar
Foundayo is swallowed whole and can be taken with or without food. Zepbound is injected under the skin, and its label lists pens and vials.
The milligram figures do not share a scale. A daily tablet and a weekly injection contain different drugs, so neither label supplies a milligram-for-milligram conversion.
The approved-use lists overlap but do not match
Both labels cover long-term weight reduction in adults with obesity or overweight plus a related condition.
Zepbound also carries an indication for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity. Foundayo’s label does not.
