No trial has ever given CJC-1295 and ipamorelin to a person together. Every schedule for this pair traces back to a seller or a forum post, not to a study. Each peptide has been given to people on its own, and both of those records come with a catch: the CJC-1295 papers used a version most buyers do not hold, and every ipamorelin dose on record went into a vein.

Both searches were run on 2026-08-12. The links re-run them live, so a newer study will show up there before it shows up here.
A search that returns records is not a search that returns trials. Nearly every hit here is a review article, which is one author summarizing other people’s work. These are the ones that are not:
- A 2013 doping-control paper that built a test for seven peptides in horse blood. It measured them; it did not give them to anyone as a treatment.
The nearest thing to an answer
The closest human experiment used a different secretagogue, and it found no bonus. It gave sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) and GHRP-2 — not CJC-1295, and not ipamorelin. Same two families, different molecules, so read it as a clue about the idea rather than a finding about this pair.

- 1 mcg per kilogram of body weight of each peptide, alone and then together, single injection into a vein
- What it found
- Together they released more growth hormone than either one alone. But the combined result was no bigger than the two separate results added up. The authors write that they could not show the two working as a team.
- What cuts against it
- One later report says this changes with repeat dosing: giving either peptide daily for a week or more turned the plain addition into something larger. That report is a conference write-up with no schedule table, so it is a hint and not a result.

Why these two get paired
The two peptides push the same gland through two different doors. CJC-1295 copies the hormone the brain sends to ask for growth hormone. Ipamorelin works on the ghrelin switch instead, which is a separate receptor. Two doors is a real idea, and it is why the pair exists. It is not proof that opening both is better.

What goes wrong with this pair
- Two different molecules are sold as CJC-1295. One lasts days, the other minutes, and the vial label is identical.
- Every human number for both peptides is set per kilogram of body weight. Neither converts into a vial amount without a weight, so a flat microgram figure did not come from either paper.
- The published human studies of ipamorelin used intravenous dosing only. Injection under the skin is a different route with different timing, and no trial has measured it.
- In a blend vial the ratio is fixed by whoever mixed it. Moving the syringe moves both peptides at once, so the two amounts cannot be set apart.
- Growth hormone secretagogues, ipamorelin among them, are banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency at all times, in and out of competition.

What is the dose for cjc-1295 and ipamorelin together?
There is no answer to give. No trial has set one, so any figure you find was written by a seller or a forum, and this site does not repeat those. What is on this page instead is what each peptide was separately given at, in the units the papers used, and the arithmetic for a vial you already hold.
Why does every other page have a schedule and this one does not?
Because those schedules have nothing behind them. A number repeated across a hundred pages is still one unsourced number. The searches above show what exists, and they take a second to re-run.
Does an absence of trials mean it is unsafe?
It means nobody knows. Absence of evidence is not evidence of harm, and it is not evidence of safety either. What can be said is narrower: nothing has measured what happens when these two go in together, so nobody can tell you what to watch for.
Can the two be mixed in one syringe?
That is a question about the chemistry of two powders in one liquid, and no published stability work covers this pair. Separately from that, a pre-mixed vial locks the ratio, so mixing removes a choice rather than adding one.
Is a blend vial the same as buying cjc-1295 and ipamorelin separately?

Is either one approved?
Neither. Both are sold as research compounds, neither has an approved label, and no pharmacy is preparing either from an approved medicine. That is true of each one alone, and even more so of the two together.
