- Oxytocin
Oxytocin doses depend on the care setting. Read the Pitocin label amounts and the nasal-spray trial, which found no benefit for its main measures.
- Enclomiphene
Enclomiphene trials show more testosterone. Sperm concentration stayed in the normal range in the 16-week studies. This does not prove a fertility benefit.
- Tesofensine
Tesofensine’s main paper has a formal Lancet warning. Read the studied doses and weight results. These do not set an approved dose.
- MK-677 (ibutamoren)
MK-677 increased fat-free mass in one trial but did not improve strength or function. A separate trial stopped after a heart-failure signal.
- Gonadorelin
Gonadorelin studies tested one IV dose or repeated small pulses. They do not set a wellness schedule. Current US Factrel listings are for animals.
- Cerebrolysin
Cerebrolysin trials used an IV solution measured in mL. Results varied across stroke and brain-injury studies. They do not set one recovery plan.
- CagriSema
CagriSema has two component doses. Read the separate weight trials. In REDEFINE 4, it did not meet the main test against tirzepatide.
- Larazotide
Some lower larazotide doses showed symptom gains. More was not consistently better. The Phase 3 trial stopped, with no posted results on benefit.
- Triptorelin
Triptorelin labels give separate uses and schedules for Trelstar and Triptodur. Their doses cannot be added or used to infer other schedules.
