BPC-157 and TB-500 together

One study has given BPC-157 and TB-500 together, and it was done in rats. Adding the second peptide did nothing extra: the combined group did no better than either peptide on its own. No person has ever been given the pair in a published study, and neither peptide has an established human dose by itself.

Has anyone tested the two together?

Once, and not in people. The study below is the only place in either index where both peptides went into the same subjects. It is set out in full, result included, because the result is the part that usually goes missing.

Achilles tendon repair in rats, four groups

32 male rats of about 330 g had the Achilles tendon cut and repaired, then were split at random into four groups of eight: nothing, BPC-157, TB-500, or both

What it found
TB-500 alone was the only group whose tendon took significantly more load before failing. Tissue scores improved in the TB-500 group and in the combined group. The combined group gained nothing over either peptide used alone, which the authors state plainly. They suggest the two may end up pulling the same lever.

What the hits actually are

A search that returns records is not a search that returns trials. Nearly every hit here is a review article, which is one author summarizing other people’s work. These are the ones that are not:

  • The 2026 rat Achilles tendon study set out above — the one experiment that gave both.
  • A 2021 report of BPC-157 injected into knee joints. That one used BPC-157 alone.

Why these two get paired

The pitch is that one peptide repairs and the other builds blood supply, so together they should mend an injury faster. The rat study above is the only place that idea has been put to a test with both peptides in the same animals. It came back negative for the pair.

A short peptide first described from stomach juice, studied mostly in injured animals

Studied as

Three uncontrolled human reports, under 30 people in total. The quantities given were 10 mg into the bladder wall during a scope, and 10 mg then 20 mg by hour-long drip in two people.

Where that stops

None of those three had a comparison group, so none can show the peptide did anything. None used an injection under the skin, which is the only way the vials are sold.

Studied as

The full 43-piece protein has real trials behind it, given into a vein at 0.25 to 25 mcg per kilogram of body weight, and as eye drops and gels.

Where that stops

The FDA says the substance sold as TB-500 is a seven-piece fragment of that protein, and that it has found no human exposure data for the fragment by any route. Trials of the whole protein do not vouch for the piece.

If it came as one blend vial

A blend vial is a different object: both peptides sit in one liquid, so one draw carries both and the ratio was fixed by whoever filled it. The most-searched pairing for these two is 10 mg bpc-157 with 10 mg tb-500, so that is the vial the table describes.

What goes wrong with this pair

  • The only study of the pair used rats, and gave the peptides into the belly cavity rather than under the skin.
  • Its quantities were set per kilogram. BPC-157 at 10 mcg/kg works out near 0.8 mg for an 80 kg adult, which is a fraction of what a milligram-a-day schedule assumes.
  • The FDA placed both substances in category 2 of its compounding list, meaning it does not have enough information to know whether they would cause harm in people.
  • A nomination for each went before the same FDA compounding committee on 23 July 2026, one for ulcerative colitis and one for wound healing. A committee view is advice, not a change in legal status.
  • TB-500 is banned by name under the World Anti-Doping Agency list at all times.

Common questions

What is the dose for bpc-157 and tb-500 together?

There is no answer to give. No trial has set one, so any figure you find was written by a seller or a forum, and this site does not repeat those. What is on this page instead is what each peptide was separately given at, in the units the papers used, and the arithmetic for a vial you already hold.

Why does every other page have a schedule and this one does not?

Because those schedules have nothing behind them. A number repeated across a hundred pages is still one unsourced number. The searches above show what exists, and they take a second to re-run.

Does the animal study settle it?

No, and it points the other way than most people expect. It found no gain from using both over using either one alone. It also ran in rats, over four weeks, at amounts set per kilogram and injected into the belly cavity. None of that transfers to a person and a vial.

Can the two be mixed in one syringe?

That is a question about the chemistry of two powders in one liquid, and no published stability work covers this pair. Separately from that, a pre-mixed vial locks the ratio, so mixing removes a choice rather than adding one.

Is a blend vial the same as buying bpc-157 and tb-500 separately?

No. Two vials keep the two amounts apart, and each one has its own calculator on this site. One blend vial ties them together at whatever ratio it was filled at. The table above shows what that costs you in control.

Is either one approved?

Neither. Both are sold as research compounds, neither has an approved label, and no pharmacy is preparing either from an approved medicine. That is true of each one alone, and even more so of the two together.
