Divide the 30 mg by the water you add — that is the strength of the mix. Add 3 mL and the vial makes 10 mg per mL. Add 1 mL and it makes 30 mg per mL.

The water never changes the dose, only how far up the barrel it reaches. Two 30 mg vials here show it, each at the amount its own table uses. Tirzepatide at 3 mL reads 25 units; retatrutide at 2 mL reads just over 13.

How much water do I mix with my peptides?

There is no single figure, and any guide handing you one is guessing at your vial. Each compound guide here lists its own volumes, and the guides work every one of them out.

What the choice settles is legibility. More water spreads the same milligrams further, so a dose covers more marks and gets easier to read. Less water shortens the draw and makes a small slip cost more.

How much water to reconstitute 10 mg of BPC 157?

With 1, 2 or 3 mL of water, a 250 microgram amount draws 2.5, 5 or 7.5 units. All three fit a U-100 syringe.

Only the 2 mL row lands on a syringe line. The other two stop the plunger halfway between lines, which is a large share of such a short draw. The 250 microgram amount is reported use, not a dose tested in a trial.

How to reconstitute 20 mg of peptide?

Divide 20 mg by the water: 1 mL makes 20 mg per mL, and 2 mL makes 10 mg per mL. Nothing about the milligrams in the vial moves.

Retatrutide is the 20 mg vial on this site. At the 2 mg its table uses, the stronger mix reads 10 units and the weaker one reads 20. Neither is more drug — one is just twice as long a pull.
