Egrifta SV (tesamorelin) uses 0.5 mL of the sterile water supplied in its pack for the 2 mg vial. Its labeled dose is 1.4 mg in 0.35 mL. Use the solution right after mixing. Egrifta WR is a different product with different instructions.

Straight arithmetic: concentration = 2 mg ÷ liquid volume, and 1 U-100 unit = 0.01 mL. The example column shows the math at 1.4 mg; it is not a dose recommendation.
Egrifta SV uses the sterile water supplied in its pack. It is used right after mixing. These presets are for SV, not WR. Changing an input changes the math, not the product instructions.
“Hard to measure” means the example draw is below two U-100 units. “Won’t fit” means it exceeds this syringe’s capacity.
Tesamorelin is a prescription copy of the hormone that prompts growth hormone release, sold as Egrifta.
The table above uses one worked example. These are the published quantities, converted into marks on a U-100 barrel at each listed liquid volume for a 2 mg vial. Where a quantity was never studied by injection, the row says so.

Egrifta SV is a single-dose vial. Its label specifies the supplied sterile water, the amount to add and the amount to inject. The unused solution is discarded. This page follows that preparation; Egrifta WR has different instructions.
The vial holds more medicine than the labeled dose, but the remainder is not saved for another day. Once mixed, that remainder is solution rather than dry powder. The label directs you to discard it along with the unused diluent.
The dose count above is an arithmetic result. The reason to discard the rest comes from the product instructions, not from rounding that count down. A single-dose vial is not a supply to keep using until it is empty.
The SV pack includes sterile water for mixing. Its instructions specify how much to add. The concentration and unit conversion above use that amount; they do not offer other mixing volumes to choose from.
Use the mixed solution right away. Follow the pack instructions to prepare the syringe, check the solution and give the injection. If the liquid is cloudy or contains particles, the label says not to use it.
Egrifta SV and Egrifta WR have different vial strengths, doses, diluents and storage instructions. Their labels state that they are not interchangeable. Check the full product name before using a mixing guide.
The SV vial has its own mixing instructions. A volume from the WR instructions does not describe this vial, even though both products contain tesamorelin. The amount of water is part of the product’s preparation, not a preference based on the syringe drawing.
