How to reconstitute Pinealon 10 mg

Put 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into the 10 mg Pinealon vial. That makes 5.00 mg/mL. A 100 mcg dose is then 2.0 units on a U-100 syringe.

That volume is the one that lands the draw on a syringe line, so the reading can be checked by eye. More water makes a weaker mix and a bigger draw. Less water makes a stronger mix and a smaller one. The amount of Pinealon in the glass never changes. Only the number of marks it takes does.

What is Pinealon?

Pinealon is a peptide three amino acids long, from the St Petersburg institute that also produced Epitalon. Papers abbreviate it EDR.

Straight arithmetic: concentration = 10 mg ÷ water, and 1 U-100 unit = 0.01 mL. The example column shows the math at 100 mcg; it is not a dose recommendation.

Which volume to use is a practical choice rather than a dose. Pick the one that puts your draw somewhere you can actually read it on the syringe. The flags in the last column mark where that fails. “Hard to measure” means the draw is too small to judge by eye. “Won’t fit” means it is bigger than one U-100 syringe holds.

How many units is a documented dose from this vial?

The table above uses one worked example. These are the published quantities, converted into marks on a U-100 barrel at each water volume for a 10 mg vial. Where a quantity was never studied by injection, the row says so.

A hundred doses in the vial, and the largest draw is three units

The one quantity ever published for a person is a hundredth of what this vial holds, so the powder divides into a hundred draws. Every one of them reads at three units or fewer on a U-100 barrel, which is where measuring accurately stops being realistic.

Three units is at the edge of what a barrel can tell you

The larger listed volume gives the bigger draw and it is still only three units. A single unit either side of that is a third of the amount, and a unit is about the width of the printed line.

The table shows both volumes because the more dilute one is the only thing that moves the draw in a useful direction. Even then it moves it from two units to three.

A hundred doses is a supply question with no answer

At the published amount, one vial divides into roughly two years of twice-daily draws. No published source says the mixed solution remains usable for anything close to that long.

That gap matters more at a hundred doses than at two. The longer a vial has to survive, the more the missing number is the one you needed.

The published amount was swallowed, not injected

The quantity this table divides was given as a capsule, twice a day, in the one human study that printed a number. Nothing published stands behind putting it in a syringe at all.

So this page computes what the arithmetic says and no more. It is the draw a hundred micrograms makes from this vial, not a recommendation that anyone draw it.

How do you mix it, step by step?

  1. Wipe both stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry.
  2. Draw up the water volume you picked from the table.
  3. Let the water run slowly down the inside wall of the Pinealon vial, rather than jetting it onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently until it dissolves. Shaking damages peptides.
  5. Store it as the dispensing label directs. What happens after mixing differs by product — some labels direct against refrigerating the mixed solution at all.
