Why you cannot just run a calculator twice
This is the mistake the tool above exists to catch. A single-compound calculator takes a dose and gives you a volume. Run it twice and you have two volumes, chosen freely. A blend vial does not let you choose freely.
There is one plunger. Pull it to any mark and both peptides come out together, in whatever proportion the vial was filled at. Set the syringe for the first peptide and the second is already decided. You never get to pick it.
Adding water does not help, and this is the part that surprises people. Water weakens both peptides by the same factor. A weaker mix means a longer draw for the same amount of the first peptide, and that longer draw carries proportionally more of the second. The ratio survives every mixing volume you can pick. It is a property of the vial, not of the mix.
So two wanted amounts can only both be met when they happen to sit in the same ratio the vial holds. When they do not, there is no draw that gives both, and the tool above shows you the two draws you can actually take instead of averaging them into one number that serves neither.

What this tool does not tell you
It does not tell you what to take. It works out what a draw contains, which is division, and division is true whatever the evidence says. Whether either peptide should go in at all is a different question that arithmetic cannot answer.
