How to reconstitute Mazdutide 10 mg

Put 1 mL of bacteriostatic water into the 10 mg Mazdutide vial. That makes 10.00 mg/mL. A 4 mg dose is then 40.0 units on a U-100 syringe.

That volume is the one that lands the draw on a syringe line, so the reading can be checked by eye. More water makes a weaker mix and a bigger draw. Less water makes a stronger mix and a smaller one. The amount of Mazdutide in the glass never changes. Only the number of marks it takes does.

What is Mazdutide?

Mazdutide is a once-weekly injection that works on two hormone receptors at once, GLP-1 and glucagon. It is the same class idea as tirzepatide, with a different second target.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 10 mg Mazdutide vial?

Straight arithmetic: concentration = 10 mg ÷ water, and 1 U-100 unit = 0.01 mL. The example column shows the math at 4 mg; it is not a dose recommendation.

Which volume to use is a practical choice rather than a dose. Pick the one that puts your draw somewhere you can actually read it on the syringe. The flags in the last column mark where that fails. “Hard to measure” means the draw is too small to judge by eye. “Won’t fit” means it is bigger than one U-100 syringe holds.

Mazdutide 10 mg vial: how much water to add. Each row is what that amount draws on a U-100 syringe. 1 mL makes 10.00 mg/mL, or 100 mcg a unit, and 4 mg is 40 units. 2 mL makes 5.00 mg/mL, or 50 mcg a unit, and 4 mg is 80 units. The barrel drawn here is filled to 40 units, the draw at 1 mL. The sum is 10 mg divided by the water. One U-100 unit is 0.01 mL.

How many units is a documented dose from this vial?

The table above uses one worked example. These are the published quantities, converted into marks on a U-100 barrel at each water volume for a 10 mg vial. Where a quantity was never studied by injection, the row says so.

Two worked doses, with both water options fitting until the amount increases

Only one mazdutide vial strength is documented. At the worked amount, both water options fit a U-100 syringe and land on a syringe line. Higher trial amounts may not fit at the larger water volume.

Both rows land on a mark, which is rarer here than it looks

Each listed volume produces a draw that lands on a syringe line, with nothing to estimate between two lines. Most vials on this site do that for one water choice but not the other.

The worked amount divides evenly into this vial. That is only a property of these numbers and changes as soon as the vial strength or dose changes.

Go up a step and the larger volume runs out of barrel

The studied amounts rise well above the worked example. With the larger water option, higher amounts exceed a U-100 syringe and the highest needs nearly twice its capacity.

So the habit of adding more water for an easier read inverts on this compound as the amount rises. The less-diluted mix is the one that keeps an injection to a single draw.

Two doses, and nothing telling you how long you have

The vial divides into two draws at the worked amount. No published storage window exists for the mixed vial, so only the count can be reported.

One vial is shown instead of several sizes because no source reached names a strength for this compound at all. The one here is a worked example, not a product listing.

How do you mix it, step by step?

  1. Wipe both stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry.
  2. Draw up the water volume you picked from the table.
  3. Let the water run slowly down the inside wall of the Mazdutide vial, rather than jetting it onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently until it dissolves. Shaking damages peptides.
  5. Store it as the dispensing label directs. What happens after mixing differs by product — some labels direct against refrigerating the mixed solution at all.

What if your water volume is not on the table?

The table shows the offered water volumes. The calculator does the same arithmetic for any volume and any syringe, and shows its working line by line.
