Mounjaro’s covered commercial offer advertises as little as $25, with savings capped at $150 for one month and $1,950 per calendar year. Its non-covered commercial offer is as low as $499 for one month, with savings capped at $647 a month and $8,411 per calendar year. Both require eligibility under the program terms and a prescription for a use the label covers.

What does Mounjaro cost without insurance?
Lilly’s Mounjaro program page says the drug is available for self-pay through LillyDirect. It does not list a price by dose or define the supply included in a purchase. The advertised $499 offer is for eligible people who have commercial insurance that does not cover Mounjaro. It is not a published price for someone with no insurance. When asking about that offer, confirm both your plan’s eligibility and the savings limit; the card does not promise to cover every remaining charge.
A pharmacy or discount-card quote is separate from a manufacturer offer. Compare the price and supply in the quote you receive.

The checked LillyDirect information does not publish a Mounjaro self-pay price, dose table or supply definition. A pharmacy quote should identify the product, dose and quantity it covers.
What if you are on Medicare?
Mounjaro is not in the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge. Medicare’s list of covered drugs names Foundayo, Wegovy and the Zepbound KwikPen, and rules out anyone whose reason for taking a GLP-1 is type 2 diabetes.
