Wolverine stack: the two peptides, and the test that failed

Also sold as Wolverine stack, Wolverine blend. The same vial, under whichever name it was bottled with.

The Wolverine stack is BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial, usually 10 mg of each. One experiment has given both to the same subjects, in rats. Adding the second peptide bought nothing: the combined group did no better than either alone. No person has ever received the pair in a published study.

What is in the vial

Ten and ten is an even split, so one mark on the barrel carries the same amount of each. That is the simplest blend in this section and the only one whose idea anyone has tested.

20 mg in the vial, all told. Most of the results describing this vial print the same two numbers.

What is known about each one

None of the two peptides in this vial has a dose set by a trial in people. That means there is no evidence-based dose for the Wolverine blend. The cards below show what human studies have tested for each ingredient on its own.

BPC-157no human dose shown to work10 mg here

A synthetic peptide first described from stomach juice, studied almost entirely in injured animals

Given to people

Three uncontrolled reports, under 30 people between them, none with a comparison group and none using an injection under the skin.

At the advertised draw
This peptide arrives at 500 mcg, whether or not that is an amount anyone wanted.

Sold as thymosin beta-4, a protein released where tissue is damaged

Given to people

None. The FDA has found no human exposure data for the seven-piece fragment sold under this name, by any route.

Has anyone tested the blend itself?

Once, and not in people. The study below is the only place in either index where both peptides went into the same subjects. It is set out with its result attached, because the result is the part that usually goes missing.

Achilles tendon repair in rats, four groups

In rats · 32 subjects · 4 weeks · injection into the belly cavity

What was done
32 male rats of about 330 g had the Achilles tendon cut and repaired. They were then split at random into four groups of eight: nothing, BPC-157, TB-500, or both
Amounts given
BPC-157 at 10 mcg/kg a day and TB-500 at 60 mcg/kg a day, every day for four weeks
What it found
TB-500 alone was the only group whose tendon took more load before failing. The group given both gained nothing over either peptide used alone, which the authors state plainly. They suggest the two may end up pulling the same lever.

What the hits actually are

A search that returns records is not a search that returns trials. These are what the records turned out to be:

  • A 2012 paper on the shape of a prion protein in solution. It has nothing to do with either peptide, and it is the only thing in the whole index that this name matches.

What is advertised for it

Wolverine is the one blend here whose advertised amount is stated per peptide rather than as a mark on a barrel. With an even split the two are the same number. Counted below, with the searches behind the counts.

Reported, not established

What the results say is in it

  • Google returned 18 results for wolverine peptide dosage on 2026-08-13. 15 named a peptide. 12 named exactly the two on this page. Two named BPC-157 on its own. One added the copper peptide to make three.
  • Google returned 19 results for wolverine peptide dosing chart on 2026-08-13. 13 named a peptide. 9 named exactly the two on this page. Three named BPC-157 alone. One again added the copper peptide.

The amount that circulates

What is advertised for this vial: 500 micrograms of each peptide, which is ten marks on a U-100 barrel once the 10 mg plus 10 mg vial is mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. We read 18 results for wolverine peptide dosage on 2026-08-13. 1 gave that mixing volume. 5 gave that amount.

None of them prints what that draw delivers of each peptide. Ours does.

10 marks is 0.10 mL, carrying 1.00 mg of blend. It splits 500 mcg of BPC-157, 500 mcg of TB-500. One vial holds 20 draws of that size. Every one of those amounts is set against its own evidence above.

Where the descriptions disagree

These came out of the same searches and describe a different vial under the same name.

  • 1 of 18 results for wolverine peptide stack described a four-peptide version, adding CJC-1295 and ipamorelin to the two above.
Those two act on the pituitary and push growth hormone. They are not repair peptides, and one of them is banned in sport at all times. A reader who agreed to two peptides and received four has agreed to something else.

The mixing arithmetic for this vial

Ten and ten is the simplest vial in this section. An even split means one mark carries the same amount of each peptide, so the arithmetic has one column doing the work of two.

What one U-100 mark carries from a Wolverine vial at each mixing volume

2 mL50 mcg50 mcg100 mcg

Milligrams divided by water, then one mark of 0.01 mL. It says what the vial holds and nothing about what to draw.

Holding different milligrams? The blend calculator runs any two strengths you type.

Why it is sold as one vial

The pitch is that one peptide repairs and the other builds blood supply, so together they mend an injury faster. That is a real idea and it is why the name exists. It is also the one idea in this section anybody has tested, and the test came back flat.

What goes wrong with Wolverine

  • The name has escaped the vial. It is also used for BPC-157 on its own, and at least one clinic uses it for a four-peptide protocol including two growth hormone peptides.
  • The rat study set its quantities per kilogram. BPC-157 at 10 mcg/kg works out near 0.8 mg for an 80 kg adult, which is nothing like a milligram-a-day schedule.
  • That study also injected into the belly cavity, not under the skin. Route changes what reaches the blood, and no study has measured the pair by the route these vials are sold for.
  • The FDA placed both substances on its withdrawn-nomination list. It says it lacks the information to know whether either would harm people.
  • TB-500 is banned by name under the World Anti-Doping Agency list at all times.

Common questions

What is the dose for the Wolverine stack?

Nobody has set one. The rat study is the closest thing on record, and its quantities were per kilogram of body weight, into the belly cavity, in an animal. None of that converts into a person and a vial.

Does the rat study mean it works?

It means the opposite of what it is usually quoted for. TB-500 alone was the only group whose tendon held more load. The group given both did no better than either peptide on its own.

Is Wolverine always these two peptides?

Usually, and not always. The searches found the name used for BPC-157 on its own. One clinic uses it for a four-peptide protocol that adds two growth hormone peptides. Ask what is in the vial.

Is it different from buying the two separately?

Yes, and the difference is control. Two vials keep the two amounts apart. One blend ties them at whatever ratio it was filled at, so raising one raises the other whether you wanted that or not.
