What Victoza costs, and who each price is for
Novo Nordisk runs no savings offer for Victoza and prints no price for it. What liraglutide has instead is generics: it is the only molecule on this site with approved copies a pharmacy can order.

Every price here was read from the manufacturer’s own program terms on 2026-08-13. Those terms say they can change at any time, without notice. The terms name no end date, which is not the same as lasting: the same terms let the manufacturer change or drop the offer whenever it likes.
What does Victoza cost if your plan covers it?
There is nothing to apply for. NovoCare’s Victoza page offers one thing, which is a form that checks whether your plan covers the drug and estimates what you would pay. That is a coverage lookup rather than a discount, and it is the whole of the help on offer. Everywhere else on this site the insured answer is a copay card with a ceiling and a catch. Here the answer is your formulary, unassisted.
There is no Victoza savings card to report. Novo Nordisk’s page for the drug carries coverage help and nothing else, and its own list of non-insulin savings offers names Ozempic alone. This is an absence we went looking for rather than one we failed to fill: two Novo Nordisk pages, read on the same day, and neither offers a copay program for this product.

What does Victoza cost without insurance?
Novo Nordisk runs a page headed “List price explained” for Saxenda and for Rybelsus. It runs none for Victoza, so there is no first-party figure to quote and we are not quoting anybody else’s.
Liraglutide has marketed generic versions from several manufacturers. Semaglutide has one tentative approval that cannot yet be sold, while tirzepatide and dulaglutide have none. Liraglutide is therefore the only molecule in this comparison with an available generic.
Novo Nordisk publishes no cash price for Victoza.
No self-pay price is published for Victoza. Novo Nordisk prints a list price for two of its other products under a heading of its own and prints none for this one, so there is no first-party number to give. Prices for liraglutide do circulate, and generic liraglutide has its own, but both come from pharmacies rather than from the manufacturer.
What if you are on Medicare?
Victoza is not in the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge. Medicare rules out anyone whose reason for taking a GLP-1 is type 2 diabetes, and points them at their own Part D plan instead.
Victoza is a diabetes drug, which puts it outside the federal Bridge in the same way as Ozempic and Mounjaro. There is no card to be excluded from either, so the exclusion that costs a reader money everywhere else on this site does not arise. The question is entirely a formulary question, and the generic file is worth taking into the conversation.

What makes Victoza different on price
Victoza is the only product on this site with no manufacturer money at all. No card, no cash price, no list price page. Novo Nordisk’s own index of non-insulin savings offers has one product on it, and Victoza is not that product.
Victoza is liraglutide from Novo Nordisk, approved under NDA 022341. Its price ladder tracks its dose ladder, which starts at 0.6 mg and stops at 1.8 mg. That is why a quote taken in your first month is a quote for a dose you are meant to leave.
