What does Victoza cost if your plan covers it?
NovoCare’s Victoza form checks your plan’s coverage and estimates your cost for the product and supply prescribed. Ask whether that estimate includes any deductible you still owe. This tool does not offer a savings card or a cash price for people without insurance. Your plan may offer other benefits; check those with your insurer.

What does Victoza cost without insurance?
The checked Novo Nordisk pages do not publish a Victoza list price. A pharmacy quote is separate from a manufacturer price. When comparing quotes, keep the brand or generic name, dose and quantity together. A lower quote for a different product or supply is not a like-for-like price comparison.
Ask the pharmacy to quote the prescription you have, then ask whether the quote uses insurance or is a cash price. Keep both quotes with the date you received them.
Liraglutide has marketed generic versions from several manufacturers. Semaglutide has one tentative approval that cannot yet be sold, while tirzepatide and dulaglutide have none. Liraglutide is therefore the only molecule in this comparison with an available generic.
Novo Nordisk publishes no cash price for Victoza.

What if you are on Medicare?
Victoza is not in the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge. Medicare rules out anyone whose reason for taking a GLP-1 is type 2 diabetes, and points them at their own Part D plan instead.
