Named blend · 3 peptides in one vial
GLOW: one name, and no fixed recipe behind it
GLOW usually means GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial. What it does not mean is one recipe. Sellers put those three peptides in vials of 70, 60, 50 and 42 mg. They disagree about which one gets the big 50 mg share. And a pharmacy product sold as GLOW holds no peptide from that list at all.

Has anyone tested the blend itself?
No. Nothing in either public index has given these three peptides to the same subjects — not to people, and not to animals. The searches that show it are below, with their counts, and each link runs the same search live.

A search that returns records is not a search that returns trials. These are what the records turned out to be:
- All five are review articles or primers, where one author gathers up other people’s work. Four of them say so in their own titles. Not one gave anything to anybody.
What is advertised for it
Schedules for GLOW circulate freely, and almost none of them say which vial they were written for. That is the problem with this one: the same instructions are being given for products that hold different amounts of everything.

- Google returned 17 results for glow 70 peptide on 2026-08-13. 6 named a peptide. 6 named exactly the three on this page. Nothing. Every result that named peptides named these three. That is why the three are treated as settled here and the milligrams are not.
- Google returned 19 results for glow peptide dosage chart on 2026-08-13. 10 named a peptide. 6 named exactly the three on this page. Four named one or two of the three, most often the copper peptide alone.
The amount that circulates
What is advertised for this vial: mix the 70 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, then draw ten marks on a U-100 barrel once a day. We read 19 results for glow peptide dosage chart on 2026-08-13. 3 gave that mixing volume. 1 gave that amount.
None of them prints what that draw delivers of each peptide. Ours does.
10 marks is 0.10 mL, carrying 2.33 mg of blend. It splits 1.67 mg of GHK-Cu, 333 mcg of BPC-157, 333 mcg of TB-500. One vial holds 30 draws of that size. Every one of those amounts is set against its own evidence above.
Where the descriptions disagree
These came out of the same searches and describe a different vial under the same name.
- 1 of 17 results for glow 70 peptide described the same three peptides with the 50 mg share given to TB-500 instead of the copper peptide.
It is a five-fold swap. The same ten marks on the same barrel would deliver five times the TB-500 and a fifth of the copper peptide. Two vials printed 70 mg would be two different products. - 1 of 19 results for glow peptide dosage chart described a 42 mg vial: 27 mg of the copper peptide, 10 mg of TB-500 and 5 mg of BPC-157.
A mixing chart written for 70 mg is wrong for this vial at every water volume. Nothing on the outside of either one tells the two apart except the total. - 1 of 18 results for glow peptide dosage described a compounded injection also called GLOW, holding the copper peptide with glutathione and vitamin C, and no other peptide.
It shares one ingredient out of three with everything above. A reader comparing charts across the two is comparing two unrelated products that happen to share a name.

This table is for the 70 mg version with GHK-Cu at 50. Read the milligrams off your own vial before using it. The same three peptides are sold at several splits, and a chart for one is wrong for another.

Why it is sold as one vial
The name is the pitch. The copper peptide is sold for skin and collagen, the other two for repair underneath it. So the vial is offered as a look rather than as a treatment. Three peptides in one shot is convenient. It is not evidence.
What goes wrong with GLOW
- Two vials printed with the same total can hold different amounts of each peptide. The total is the only number on the outside, and it is the one number that does not tell you what is inside.
- Every mixing chart for this blend is written for one particular vial. Using one written for 70 mg on a 42 mg vial gets every peptide wrong at once.
- Most of the mass is copper peptide. So most of a GLOW draw is a metal complex the body holds on a tight leash.
- Five PubMed records name all three peptides. Every one of them is a review, and none of them gave the three to anybody.
- TB-500 is banned by name under the World Anti-Doping Agency list at all times.
Common questions
What is the dose for GLOW?
Nobody has set one. Here there is a second problem on top of that. A quantity of GLOW does not name a quantity of anything, because two vials carrying the name can hold different amounts of all three.
Is a GLOW chart from another site safe to use?
Only if it was written for the vial you are holding, and most do not say. A chart for 70 mg used on a 42 mg vial gets all three peptides wrong at once, and nothing on the label tells you.
What is the difference between GLOW and KLOW?
One peptide. KLOW is usually the same three with KPV added, which is why the searches turn up the phrase Glow plus KPV. It also pushes the vial from 70 mg to 80.
Why does one GLOW product have no peptides in it?
Because the name traveled. A compounded injection sold as GLOW holds the copper peptide with glutathione and vitamin C. It shares one ingredient with the blend and is otherwise a different product.
