KLOW combines four peptides: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. It is commonly labeled as 80 mg split 50, 10, 10 and 10. No human trial has established a dose for any of the four. Two have no published human evidence, and the combination itself has never been tested.

The amount that circulates
What is advertised for this vial: mix the 80 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, then draw ten marks on a U-100 barrel once a day. We read 19 results for klow peptide dosing on 2026-08-13. 3 gave that mixing volume. 2 gave that amount.

Why it is sold as one vial
Each peptide is pitched at a different part of repair. The copper peptide is sold for skin and collagen, KPV for calming inflammation, and the other two for tendon and tissue. Four levers in one syringe is the idea. It is not a finding, and nobody has pulled all four at once in a study.
What goes wrong with KLOW
- Two searches of PubMed return nothing for the four together. A third returns nothing for even two of them, GHK-Cu and KPV, in any paper at all.
- Copper is the part that does not behave like a peptide. The body holds copper on a tight leash, and a daily injection of a copper complex raises a build-up question that a cream never did.
- The FDA lists all four under substances nominated for compounding and then withdrawn. Its entry for the copper peptide is written specifically about injected routes, which is the form this vial takes.
- One vial fixes every share. Move the plunger and all four move together, so nobody using KLOW can raise one peptide and hold another still.
- TB-500 is banned by name under the World Anti-Doping Agency list at all times. So is the class BPC-157 sits in for many sports bodies.
Common questions
What is the dose for KLOW?
There is no answer to give. Four peptides, four absences: no trial has set a quantity for any of them, and nothing has tested the four together. Any figure you find was written by somebody selling the vial.
Which peptide am I mostly injecting?
The copper one. GHK-Cu is 50 of the 80 milligrams, so five parts of every six that leaves the syringe is copper tripeptide. The three peptides the blend is usually sold for are the small share.
Is KPV the reason to choose KLOW over GLOW?
That is the pitch, and KPV is the peptide with the least behind it. The FDA has identified no human exposure data for it by any route, and the mouse work that exists put it in drinking water rather than a syringe.
Does the copper matter?
It might. Copper is not cleared like a peptide. The body holds it on a tight leash, so a daily injection of a copper complex raises a build-up question that a cream never did. Nobody has measured that at these amounts.
